We Shine the Spotlight on LONGMIRE’s Bad Boy Bailey Chase
When we first met Branch Connally (Bailey Chase) in LONGMIRE, we were certain he was the squeaky-clean, good-boy hero of the story. Since then things took an interesting turn, Branch surprised us all by showing signs of dabbling in the darker side of life. He showed more political ambition and drive than anyone gave him credit for and that began to complicate the world of LONGMIRE. Then as if dating the sheriff’s daughter behind Walt’s back was not enough to make us wonder about his intentions, taking political bribes certainly caught our attention. That bad-boy side was starting to shine through.
In a recent exclusive interview, star Bailey Chase shared a few thoughts on his character’s emerging duality and why he hopes fans will stand by Branch as the election controversy plays out this season. [Read more…]

Over a Decade Later: FIREFLY Return Rumors Still Flying
Those who like FIREFLY tend to light up whenever it is mentioned.
In fact, you could make the argument that all of creator Joss Whedon’s shows have a distinct type of cult following that will fervently fight for the right to high quality sci-fi viewing. (Yes, even in the case of the somewhat disastrous DOLLHOUSE.) So it hasn’t been surprising to continually hear of the possibility of FIREFLY returning to a television reality after its untimely cancellation in 2002.

Even after the public managed to squeeze a full-length movie from Whedon in the form of Serenity, speculation about a possible return to primetime is still rampant online, and not just from fans. [Read more…]
