Some TV networks don’t wait until mid-May to announce the renewals and cancellations of existing shows. The CW, for example, announced the renewal of almost its entire primetime line-up weeks ago. But a lot of networks wait until just before Upfronts to tell us which shows will return and which shows got the axe.
