Henry is all grown up when ONCE UPON A TIME returns for a new season — a season that is serving as a reboot for the show with a majority of the show’s former major characters departing.
In “Hyperion Heights”, Henry departs Storybrooke while searching for a story of his own. He ages and we find him in another realm — one where he encounters a troubled Cinderella. Their meeting changes the trajectory of his quest. Lady Tremaine, Cinderella’s evil step-mother, poses a big threat, which prompts Henry to follow his heart to help.
Years later we’re back where we found ourselves in the season 6 finale, with a young Lucy finding her father, Henry, in Seattle. She wants to ensure that he remembers his true self so that he can help defeat a new curse which has afflicted the town.
Photos from the premiere (found in the slideshow above) shows Henry with the new Cinderella, as well as Regina’s new role as a bar owner. You can also see several new chracters, including Lady Tremaine. Hook and Rumple will also be making appearances in the new season, although they won’t necessarily be the same people they used to be.
