NCIS: NEW ORLEANS Sneak Peeks: Hey Arnold!

Already in hot water over Brody’s involvement with a traitor and being dogged by FBI Special Agent Tammy Gregorio (new cast member Vanessa Ferlito), NCIS: NEW ORLEANS Special Agent Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) climbs further out on a weak limb and takes the NOLA team with him.

When Pride’s old buddy, former Navy Intelligence Analyst Elvis Bertrand (new recurring guest star Tom Arnold), is accused of murder, the FBI hijacks the case, commandeering the victims’ bodies and Loretta’s (CCH Pounder) findings, whisking almost all traces off to the FBI Crime Lab.

Led by FBI Agent Raymond Isler (guest star Derek Webster, RAY DONOVAN), the jurisdictional conflict leaves the NOLA team wondering if black mark on its reputation is the reason for the interference or if there is another agenda driving the action.

Sebastian (Rob Kerkovich) pockets something found in Navy Lt. Commander Henry Warbeck’s (guest star Jamie Renell) personal effects before the FBI takes away all of the evidence. Warbeck had been working on the cyber-security for an underwater fiber optics project, and the evidence could shed light on why he was killed.

Patton (Daryl “Chill” Mitchell) and Sebastian analyze the chip on what appears to be a key card, but the high-level encryption leaves the pair searching for answers.

The team chooses to ignore the FBI’s jurisdictional claim to the case since Pride is doing what he can to help Elvis, a convicted felon and a notorious hacker.

Despite Pride’s protests that the case has nothing to do with the FBI’s review of his team’s actions, Isler insists that Lasalle (Lucas Black) and Percy (Shalita Grant) submit to questioning.

Also guest starring in tonight’s episode, “Suspicious Minds” are Sprague Grayden, Brad James and Grace Sewell. “Suspicious Minds” was written by Executive Producer, Christopher Silber and directed by Michael Zinberg.

NCIS: NEW ORLEANS airs tonight at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS in the U.S. and Global TV in Canada.
