There’s a new Team Arrow in town when ARROW returns for its fifth season. Thea and Diggle have both walked away from their vigilante lives and new vigilantes are springing up around town as a result of the Damien Darhk situation. Felicity and Oliver are still trying to keep the city safe at night, but Oliver is also trying to improve Star City by day as the mayor.
