Oliver is settling back in to life in Star City after the season premiere of ARROW and Jeri Ryan will be guest staring in a mid-October episode as an old Queen family friend, Jessica Danforth. She tells Thea and Oliver that she plans to run for mayor which concerns both of them since the last three (three!) mayors have all been murdered. But despite their protests, Jessica makes the announcement that she’s going to run, which leaves Speedy and the Green Arrow determined to protect her.
Meanwhile, Felicity will be facing some tough business decisions and seeks out one of her employees, Curtis Holt, for help.
