This just in: Getting back to the basics of actual plot development and coherent storytelling may not have been on GLEE co-creator Ryan Murphy’s New Year’s Resolution list this year. How else to explain, the news that GLEE’s first post Super-Bowl episode will feature the cast covering several songs from the Canadian pop star’s catalogue.
According to Michael Ausiello, “Details are still sketchy, but I’m told the episode — tentatively scheduled to air on Feb. 15 — will feature the cast covering several of the teen phenom’s songs. Bieber himself will also figure into the episode’s plot, although there are no plans for him to appear in the flesh. At least not as of this writing.” According to us, which ever member of “Team Bieber” is responsible for orchestrating this ingenious platform in which to promote Bieber’s 3D movie Never Say Never which just so happens to open a mere four days earlier (February 11), deserves a huge raise.
