When the fantastic people at Warner Bros. were kind enough to ask this TV Addict if I wanted a sneak peak of tonight’s installment of SUPERNATURAL, I naturally jumped at the chance. When they reminded me to keep my review spoiler free, my heart quickly sank.
I mean seriously. How am I ever going to dethrone the king of all spoilers Michael Ausiello when I can’t even reveal any of the episode’s scoopilicous bits? Like the fact that something so unexpected happens within the episode’s first five minutes that even the most veteran Winchester fan will be spending his (or more likely her) commercial break picking their jaw off the floor.
But then it occurred to me. Aside from one of the most entertaining and heartfelt brotherly relationship on television [Editor’s note: Get your mind out of the gutter Winchester Fan Fiction writers!], being surprised is half the fun of the show.
So I’ll simply say this. Tonight’s episode, entitled ‘Mystery Spot’ is quintessential SUPERNATURAL. Offering up an emotional roller coaster of surprises, more than a few laughs, some sadness and not one, or two, but rather a few hundred de****….. oops I fear I’ve already said too much!
