Are you ready for that 80’s show GOSSIP GIRL style? The CW certainly hopes so. Because courtesy of a Lily Van der Woodsen flashback, the 80’s will be the decade everybody will be, well, gossiping about. With the May 11th episode of GOSSIP GIRL (titled, “Valley Girls”) serving as a backdoor pilot for a Lily Rhodes spinoff by introducing us to 17-year-old Lily Rhodes (Brittany Snow) who gets kicked out of boarding school and runs away to Los Angeles, only to reconnect with her parents, Rick (Andrew McCarthy), Cece (Cynthia Watros) and sister Carol (Krysten Ritter).
