Much of season 3 of THE 100 has focused on the core group apart and dealing with their own problems. Clarke has been on the run and at Polis, struggling with the aftermath of the Mountain Men, the Ice Nation and more recently Lexa’s death. Meanwhile back at Arkadia, Bellamy has made some unfortunate decisions with new Chancellor Pike while trying to keep his people safe. And Jasper, Monty, Octavia and Raven have each been wrestling with their own betrayals and troubles.
But in this week’s episode, titled Nevermore, they’ll all have to put aside their differences and pains to save one of their own. Raven is now a prisoner of A.L.I.E., who thanks to the chip now controls her mind and body. For the first time all season, most of the titular 100 are together again and trying to free their captive friend, but A.L.I.E. isn’t going to go down without a fight.
The sinister A.I. refuses to let Raven go because the mechanic knows too much, and she’ll stop at nothing (including holding Abby over Clarke’s head) to get what she wants. But what she wants most of all is the second A.I. that Clarke now has in her possession after stealing it from Polis. Monty’s emotional journey with his mother will also come to an impasse this week as he’s forced to make a split-second decision that’ll change his life forever. And after not fitting in with the the Grounder or the Sky People, Octavia has to decide where she belongs.
“I’m not Trikru; I’m not Skaikru; I’m nothing.”
“You’re one of the 100.”
Truer words have never been spoken, Monty.
Will the 100 be able to get the chip and A.L.I.E. out of Raven’s head? What is going to happen to Monty and his mother? And does Octavia belong with the 100 or is she a person without a country?
Don’t miss tonight’s episode of THE 100 airing at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
