Any scoop on what 90210 has planned for their season finale? — Amber
The TV Addict: Although probably not done intentionally, 90210’s May 18 season finale will go out with a nod to original series star Emily Valentine when things really start to heat up on Liam’s boat after a certain somebody who-shall-not-be-named discovers that Annie and Liam are a little too dedicated to practicing “safe boating” (Think: Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation!)
Who is getting married on the BONES season finale? — Michael
The TV Addict: Considering the May 20 season finale will include an unexpected visit from Angela’s father, we’re going to go out on the first of many limbs today and guess that Angela and Hodgins will be the ones walking down the aisle. Thoughts?
Now I love my BATTLESTAR GALACTICA alums as much as the next fan, but not when they’re coming between Castle and Beckett! Any hope for a hopeless romantic? — Madison
The TV Addict: Don’t shoot the messenger, but sticking with today’s theme of mouth-to-mouth will be Demming (Michael Trucco) and Beckett as evidence from this spoiler pic (below) we’ve just obtained from the May 10th episodes of CASTLE that has Becket inviting Demming to assist on a robbery-homicide giving Castle a front row to their budding romance. Awkward.
Will Chuck and Blair end the season in a happy place? I’m worried for them. — Stacey
The TV Addict: We’re not so worried about Blair — who will have until the credits role on GOSSIP GIRL’s May 17 season finale to decide whether or not to meet Chuck at the top of the Empire State Building — as much as we’re worried for all of Manhattan. Which will soon face the wrath of a very vengeful Georgina Sparks (Michelle Trachtenberg) who returns to the Upper East Side… with a vengeance.
Any clues as to who the rumored death in the SUPERNATURAL season finale is? — Dave
The TV Addict: According to our mole at the CW (“Mole” being code for “press release”) May’s season finale has a beloved character facing death. Of course the operative word here is “facing.” In other words, don’t be so quick to assume that just because a beloved character is facing death, a beloved character will actually die! Especially on a show as sparsely populated as SUPERNATURAL whose ensemble is pretty much comprised of only Sam, Dean, Castiel and the occasional guest appearance by Bobby. Having said that, the penultimate episode of the season does feature Bobby selling his soul to help stop the Apocalypse, which in hindsight may not have been the best idea.
Do you know who is getting engaged on PRIVATE PRACTICE? — Jessica
The TV Addict: Considering Violet has had one helluva dark and twisty season courtesy of last May’s gruesome season ender, we’re going to go out on a limb (again) say that creator Shonda Rhimes will finally give Violet and Pete something to smile about. Cue photographic evidence that may-or-may-not be intentionally misleading.
What network do you think the American version of TORCHWOOD should look towards now that Fox has dropped out?” — @News_on_Shuffle
The TV Addict: Although an obvious choice would be Syfy, we can’t help but wonder if an Americanized version of TORCHWOOD is really necessary. Call us crazy, but why not let the BBC concentrate on what they do best and leave American networks to focus on… wait for it… original ideas instead of cheap foreign knock offs. Certainly seemed to have worked for GLEE.
Any news on how Peter is going to deal with finally learning the truth about his origins on FRINGE? — Adam
The TV Addict: Two words: Road Trip! On May 6th the show will employ that classic TV Trope of sending our hero off on a journey to find himself. Of course this being FRINGE, said road trip won’t exactly be a walk in the park, or in the case of the episodes title, a walk in the “Northwest Passage.” As along the way, Peter will encounter Sheriff Anna Mathis (Special guest star Martha Plimpton) and a disturbing case that may shed some much needed light on the mysterious Newton, not to mention Peter’s equally mysterious past.
I know I’m the only person who watches it, but nonetheless I would love some scoop on my favorite show, THE MIDDLE. — Mindy
The TV Addict: Firstly, you are not the only person who watches this show, as we happen to be huge fans of the Hecks. And secondly, we hope you’re sitting down and are situated in an area free of spill-able beverages, because in a shocking turn of events, tshirt-phobic eldest son Axl will actually… for the first time ever… have a genuinely good reason to not wear a shirt when he decides to clean the family pool in order to entice the girls to to stop by for a swim, in their bikinis.
Any news about LIFE UNEXPECTED? Should fans be hopeful for its future? — @natthedem
The TV Addict: Alas I do not have any news on LIFE UNEXPECTED and honestly don’t expect to hear anything until the CW announces their Fall lineup on Thursday May 20th in New York City. That said, we remain hopeful that the CW will do the right thing and renew this little gem of a show for at the very least 13 episodes next season. Stay tuned. We certainly will be.
