Here’s the question: if only one cast member from this show could get an Emmy nom, who should it be? Basically, they deserve at least six for acting, but as per your Phil point, Ty Burrell, for me, is the best performance among an ensemble of insanely talented people.

youre right Mia- Bill Lawrence ISNT predictable… I’m liking the male characters in CougarTown alot… I think the show is definately finding its groove and even though its not rip roaring hilarious or anywhere near as good as Modern Family- it still puts a smile on my face… They shouldve NEVER cancelld Samantha Who and sandwiched it CougarTown… imagine a night of Desperate Housewives, Samantha Who, CougarTown & Ugly Betty… i should work for ABC

I adore this show and every character on it. I don’t usually rewatch shows until they come out on DVD once the season is over, but I almost always watch episodes of MF twice. And I laugh just as much the second go round.

Guilt fades, hardware stays. I love that Jay does the voiceovers. Of all the people in the family, he is the ideal person to be sharing what lesson was learned.
I totally agree with you about Manny. The kid is a great character and adds the maturity to the show that the adults are clearly lacking.
Cameron is just too precious. Him and Mitchell are perfect for each other. His home film directing skills are top notch.
I just wish that ABC posted the figure skating in the parking lot on YouTube. Under The Moonlight (I Want To Do You) is already posted; why not Claire and Mitchell’s parking lot performance.

I 100% agree. I have loved the light hearted (albeit campy) endings where they are over sentamental. I think other shows would not be able to pull it off, I don’t know how they do it and make me like it but all the power to them.
