First Look: Kristin Chenoweth Goes GLEEK!

Get ready for Kristin Chenoweth like you’ve never seen before. For on Wednesday September 30th, the incomparable star of both stage and screen will drop by McKinley High to play who co-star Jane Lynch described in a recent interview with theTVaddict.com as “a drunk Glee club has-been who will really show the kids how to put on a show.” As April Rhodes, in the appropriately titled ‘The Rhodes Not Taken,’ Chenoweth will also show Lea Michele’s Rachel Berry what could happen if she doesn’t make it big. Woo hoo! I’m so excited that Kristin is going to be on GLEE!! Now, if she could just play a former-jockey-turned-pie-waitress-turned-nun … I’d be giddy with joy!

That is AMAZING. Kristin Chenoweth is already great but Kristin, GLEE and playing a glee-club has-been. It’s a perfect storm of awesome.

I don’t think I could even imagine a better guest star for Glee. Like the other commenters I miss Pushing Daisies, but I’m always happy to see Kristen.

Well Just found out about this series and am looking forward to seeing Kristen…always looking for new stuff from her. If anyone’s interested I found this great audio interview with her.
