While it's definitely not as good as 11 or 13, I don't find it bad either. Its biggest problems are that the "villain" is not as good, the gadgetry used in the egg heist is the most far-fetched of the trilogy, and the twist at the end is a bit hard to grasp the first time around. It's greatest strengths are its visual style and diverse locations. After seeing Ocean’s 12 a few times, it’s grown on me. While it’s definitely not as good as 11 or 13, I don’t find it bad either.
