SHOULD WIN: Alec Baldwin. No other winner would be acceptable, no matter how much I like Pace and Carell.
WILL WIN: Baldwin. I just can’t picture them not giving him this award. Especially since I think the episode they submitted for him was the one with that clip you posted.
SNUBBED: Zachary Levi. I think they considered Chuck a comedy?
