I am a Whedoner and frakkin’ loved that video! OMG it was so hilarious!! It made me happy on so many levels: 1) Singing and Dancing…Yes! 2) Neil Patrick is so cute in this thing! (Practicing his evil laugh. Ahhh.) 3) Nathan Fillion, Nathan Fillion, Nathan Fillion. I miss Serenity so much right now. Overall, two huge thumbs up!

I’m a huge Whedon fan. I drove 8 hours to see one of the early screenings of SERENITY from NJ to Norfolk, VA. I own all his series on DVD, I have books, soundtrack CDs and assorted other paraphernalia.

All that being said… I was a little let down by Dr. Horrible.

Loving NPH and Nathan Fillion, hating the songs. Sorry, they’re AWFUL. OMWF was so much better.

I watched Dr. Horrible just after midnight – once – and while it made me smile, its not my cuppa tea. I’m probably one of the few who wasn’t a fan of BTVS’s “Once More With Feeling.” I appreciate Whedon’s ability to write a lyric, and think Harris, Fillion and Day were very good, and will definitely tune in for the remaining segments. But while I’m glad about the response it has received, Dr. Horrible just isn’t my thing. I’m waiting with baited breath for Dollhouse!

i’ll admit that i’m bias since:

a. It’s freaking Joss Whedon. I worship him.

b. It’s summer. There isn’t a lot of new stuff on tv.

c. there’s singing and dancing.

so yeah, i decided a month ago that it would be awesome. i finally got to see it, and i still think it’s awesome.
