Season Two consisted of 23 episodes that were split 13 in the summer and 10 that began playing this past January. So, maybe ABC Family just liked how it performed in January and decided to keep it there. Season three is presently scheduled for 10 episodes. Right now, I've got My Name is Earl and Eli Stone to finish off. I'm almost done with this season of Earl, which has been excellent, but I've only just started Eli Stone. 2 episodes in, and I'm not loving it yet, but it shows potential. I've also got the Dawson's Creek boxset to work through. Almost done with season 2, and I kind of like it. Some episodes I love, some annoy me. After that, I'm going to give Friday Night Lights a try. I LOVE the movie, but I have yet to watch an episode of the show. Alias is another show I really want to see. I've seen a few episodes, and I've always enjoyed them. I'm a huge fan of Lost, so I figure Alias should be a good time too. X-Files is something else I've got to watch. Seen most of season 1, but then I just stopped. And Angel!! I love Buffy. I love Firefly. I'm going to love Angel, right? I also need to see Battlestar Galactic. Crap, so many shows.
