Just in spite. Sheesh, people. He doesn't have to acknowledge Angel. He was right there, night and day, long hours on a highly physical show, bruises and injuries that he probably still feels. At the and of each season you could see that all the actors were extremely tired, even young guy like Vincent looked drained. Hard show to make. Most beautiful too. Still, five years of hard work that left David looking aged and in a bad health. Must be hard on his mother to see him like that. I don't think that he ever complained. Why does he have to go to reunions, make bad TV movies on the back of the great show, wear long leather coats, talk about glory days and all that pathetic stuff. It just cheapens everything. He might be bitter, or bored, or wants to play with another toy, or puzzled why you still want to talk about Angel, or forgotten the show, or he is just stubborn. Maybe he hates character, or writers, or fandom, so maybe is better that he doesn't talk. Or he is trying to escape being typecast. Maybe he didn't understand the show and is afraid to look stupid. I don't know his reasons, so I cannot be angry for him forgetting me, his Angel Fan. I do know that he is not fake, and riding an old fandom to try to put his new projects out. How can one be sure that those guys that are so loud on reunions, are not hating their shows, and the fans, but are pretending that they are still interested, to keep fans? One cannot know. I really like the guy, tho. And, it's just pain in the ass coming to read David's interview about Bones, and than reading about other fandom. Again. So, you don't watch Bones? Now we know. I understand wanting to move on, but those shows were a cult and the fandoms for BtVS and Angel are still huge and active. Would it kill him to give a little shot out, here and there? If it weren't for those shows, no on would know who he is. Angel was an amazing character that had lots of depth. IMO, Angel is a way better character than Booth. Booth had depth in Season 1, until they decided to change him into some goofball FBI guy in late Season 2. Unfortunately, I don't watch Bones, anymore. They've changed the show too much for my liking. The David draw isn't even working for me, anymore. House was also on the list, which had me laughing because House is the biggest show on FOX. So, it was obvious that they put the shows that weren't confirmed for a next season as a 'bubble' show.
