Eve Harrington is a character in the class Bette Davis movie All About Eve. I don't want to ruin the movie, because you should see it, but basically Eve starts out as a fan of the Bette Davis character, then slowly becomes her, taking her job, boyfriend, etc. Great movie, great actors (including a Marylin Monroe cameo), and great lines.
