Like the last season of Nip/Tuck that I was able to endure (I think it was season 3 or 4–the one ending with the Carver reveal), I’m typically disappointed in each episode yet just *barely* interested enough in the overall mystery to continue tuning back in every week. I’ll admit that last night’s episode was a little better than most but still not great for me.

I loved Glenn Close in her one season on The Shield. I hoped to like her here. She’s giving a great performance, but I don’t like the material she’s given to work with.

I hope the finale is coming very soon. With the fall season having started, I’d like to clear this show from my schedule. Unless it redeems itself at the last minute, I doubt I would return if there’s a 2nd season.
