Ive been watching scrubs since season 1, and it just keeps getting better, yet you couldnt tell that through Emmy nominations. After watching last season there was no doupt in my mind that it was the best show on tv, better the The Office, better than two and a half men, and way better than the waste of air time show Ugly Betty, but still noting has happened. My advice to you is sit down and watch just one episode of last season and than youll know what im talking about. Yeah Steve Carell is funny, and the directors, producers, and writers have done an awesome job on that show, but it still has come together at the level Scrubs has. Zach Braff and the rest of the perfect cast of Scrubs is as much and even more deserving of these nominations. Its time for something new. The Sopranoes had its glory, we just lost a great show with Will and Grace, but now its time to wake up and see how good this show really is.

I know that Sally Field is a legendary actress, but Mariska Hargitay deserves to win (again). Her amazing talent is unbelievable! Law & Order: SVU keeps getting better and better and as long as Mariska has the role of Detective Olivia Benson, I believe that she deserves to win every award she is nominated for. If Edie Falco deserved to win this year, then she would’ve won it last year, becuase everybody said the final season of The Sopranos was horrible. Law & Order: SVU seasons are always top notch and so is Mariska’s talent.

Oh yeah. When you add Elizabeth Mitchell to the mix and Kyle Chandler on FNL come on. I also think that there’s a biasis against younger actors. Zack Gilford gave stunning performances this year as Matt especially dealing with his sick grandmother and a father who’d rather be at war than with him. Clearly it’s not about watching TV it’s about propping up shows that already have support of the industry.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Lost’s third season, but I did forget about Elizabeth Mitchell. She does deserve a nod for her work in reviving Lost.

Ok, they gotta be kidding me!!!
Where’s DEXTER, where’s BSG, where’s FNL, where’s LOST ????? Not to mention the great Actors working at these Shows that really delivered a superb Performance during the whole Season…..

cam3150 – I think the last scene w/ him and Kate at the airport where he says they should go back – i think that deserved him a nom.

You really wonder which episodes were shown to the voters who made the list of nominations. I wonder if shows really try harder for certain actors to get nominations over others.

I’m thrilled for The Office, my favorite show!!!

I’m also glad to see Michael Emerson finally get some recognition.

But Matthew Fox should have been nominated for that finale alone!!! Especially the scene w/ “Ben” in where he believes his friends have been shot because he didn’t turn over the satellite phone, and then he beats the crap out of Ben and threatens to kill Tom. That scene gives me chills every time!
