I’m thrilled. I adored Angel but the series is over and since I love the genre, I’m willing to give any series that isn’t another boring crime procedural a chance. And the addition of Jason just makes it so much the better.

I had to imdb Sophia because I couldn’t remember hr. Even with that powerhouse I’m just leery of vampire shows. Other than Buffy and Angel, shows like this tend to get cancelled on big networks (and that was when shows didn’t get cancelled after just three episodes). I’ve been made scared to commit.
