I loved that he pointed out how The Closer doesn't use a lot of DNA evidence to catch a criminal, and how they rely on confessions. I'm obsessed with the reality show The First 48 (which follows homicide investigators) and he is right on when he says that DNA isn't used to find criminals, it's just used to help convict them once you already know who did it.
