I am ready for the CW to tell me what is going to be on their fall schedule. I want Veronica Mars to be renewed really bad. Plus this roller coaster ride is getting on my nerves. Hey, even if DO wants to put it on mid-season, I would be okay with that. I just want the story to continue. What are the chances of VM being renewed at this point?

Sadly, folks, it's not looking good for Jericho. I'm hearing it's been put out to pasture. I might start to cry!!!!

In other good news, the trades are reporting that Supernatural is a lock for another season, as are Smallville, One Tree Hill, The Game, and Girlfriends.

In still other shocking news, on The CW schedule that's circulating, VM is nowhere to be found, but has yet to receive cancellation notice. Apparently, Dawn O wants to wait until after the upfronts, either to hide behind celebration the fact that they're cancelling this show, or to see how the finale does next week. We shall soon see!

Michael - I agree with you on a lot of it. I'm basically sticking to the shows I know if they are renewed and FOX is dead to me.

CBS please renew Close to Home. Annabeth just got a really, really cute love interest.

Everything I watch on CBS... HIMYM, The Class, Jericho, Amazing Race is on the bubble. NBC killed my Studio 60. ABC schedule just isn't that exciting to me. And after the way Fox treated Drive I see no reason to even waste time on any new shows they come up with-- they'll just kill them anyway.

At least a few of the new CBS shows look interesting... but it's not looking like a good TV season coming up.

That's an interesting idea. But could you imagine any current CBS shows on the CW? The only possibility I see is How I Met Your Mother, but I definitely would rather keep it on the main CBS network. It's too good to go to the CW where it would drop a few million viewers.

Just a thought...CBS Corp. is half of the CW ownership tandem. If CBS is so overrun with hits that it's considering axing Christine or HIMYM from its sked, why not just move one or both to The CW? They could seriously use some solid comedies to gain some traction. That Monday lineup isn't cutting it, period. To even think that they'd tie up three of four half-hour slots with black shows that typically pulled less than a 3-rating is ludicrous. C'mon, Moonves, be bold and give your new network some real programs with a fanbase to help it get established. Then cross-promote the shows on CBS.

"The latest talks point to neither of them getting the boot" That's great news! I've barely heard anything at all about Jericho in the past few weeks. I'm pretty worried that it won't make it. I'm also worried for HIMYM, but I still feel like there should be a good chance of it being renewed.

I am excited for the Wednesday and Thursday announcements. ABC and NBC didn't have any big bubble shows I was waiting to hear about. CBS and CW do.
