Emmy Voters are in love with Allison Janney, and they’ll be more then happy to give her a farewell Emmy.

Who I HOPE Will Win: Allison Janney
To be perfectly honest, THE WEST WING is the only show in this category that I actually watch.

Who Was Snubbed: Kristen Bell
Kristen Bell gives an Emmy worthy performance week in and week out with her portayal of the title character in VERONICA MARS. Her complete lack of Emmy recognition proves that voters don’t actually watch the tapes before they vote.

Who I Think Will Win: Allison Janney
The Emmy voters are going to pull the same old “I don’t feel like watching all of these tapes, AJ is always great at CJ, let’s go with her.” (Francis Conroy MIGHT pull an upset here…)

Who I HOPE Will Win: Kyra Sedgewick
Can you imagine anyone else as Brenda Leigh? She is really phenomenal!

Who Was Snubbed: Kristen Bell
No arguments. She is superb and completely deserving. Let’s just wait and see if the Emmys feel bad enough that they dissed her again this year, and ask her to sing like they did at last year’s telecast. It’s like “you can’t be nominated like you should, but as a consolation prize, let’s dress you up like a bad 80s dancer, and let you sing ‘Fame’ after Donald Trump butchers Green Acres’ theme song…” but I digress…. (honorable mention in the “snubbed” category goes to Mary McDonnell from BSG).

Who I Think Will Win: Allison Janney
Being that it was it’s last season, the Emmys are notorious for putting series enders at the top. TWW is definitely an Emmy favorite.

Who I HOPE Will Win: Kyra Sedgewick
No contest: Kyra Sedgwick She’s tough as nails and syrupy sweet and there is no one else in the world that could play that character as well as she does!

Who Was Snubbed: Kristen Bell
Without a doubt, Kristen Bell of Veronica Mars. Her character has been compared to Buffy from BTVS, and she reminds me a lot of Nancy Drew. Together, it makes her smart, funny, witty & sarcastic and Kristen brings an edge to the character that makes her completely believable. Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls – I don’t watch it, but even I know what a snub it was…)
